Staff receive training to support residents and create personalised support plans that help people stay safe while maintaining independence. Residents are supported to make choices about their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible.

Care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with information about residents' needs and preferences. Staff understand what matters to each person and are observed supporting them in a friendly and respectful manner. The service maintains policies and systems that enable residents to have maximum control over their daily lives.
