Cordwainers

Cordwainers provides accommodation and personal care to eight people with learning disabilities and associated health needs, some of whom may display behaviours that challenge staff. The service supports people to develop independence skills and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

During the inspection, staff were observed supporting residents with daily routines and personal care needs. Residents had access to activities both at the home and in the wider community. The provider had worked to address previous concerns about staffing levels to ensure adequate support was available to meet people's individual needs.
