Clitheroe Care Home accommodates up to 28 people requiring personal care across two floors. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. Despite residents reporting they felt safe, the home faced several areas of concern. Medicines records were not always accurate and medicines management lacked consistency. Infection prevention control practices required strengthening, and fire safety risks were not always appropriately managed. Safeguarding procedures were in place but not consistently followed. Staffing levels were adequate, though recruitment record-keeping needed improvement.
