Clarendon Hall Care Home

Clarendon Hall is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating up to 49 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 42 people were residing at the service. Staff engaged positively with residents and knew them well, with clear procedures for reporting concerns. Staff were safely recruited and received training in safeguarding, following guidance to protect people from abuse. Care plans included risk assessments for known risks, and residents were involved in reviewing their plans and assessments. People told inspectors they felt safe at the home.

Staff maintained positive links with healthcare professionals to support residents' wellbeing. The registered manager worked in partnership with stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and support.
