People told inspectors they felt safe, well cared for and treated as individuals by kind, knowledgeable staff who knew them well. Leaders were visible and supportive, encouraged feedback, and fostered continuous improvement. Care was person-centred, dignified and responsive, with people fully involved in decisions about their support.
