Cherry Blossom

Cherry Blossom provides personal care and accommodation to people with a learning disability. At inspection, three people were living at the home. Relatives and residents felt safe with staff, who had regular safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities in protecting people from harm. Risk assessments were in place where risks had been identified, and people received medicines when needed.

Staff were knowledgeable about people's changing needs and well trained in their roles. People were assessed before using the service to ensure their needs and preferences could be met, and staff understood the importance of respecting people's rights. However, people and their relatives were not consistently involved in reviewing and developing care plans.
