Chandlers Ford Care Home

Chandlers Ford Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, supporting older people and younger adults, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 26 people were using the service.

Relatives provided mixed feedback about the home. Some felt communication could improve and noted that staffing levels sometimes left people waiting for support. Concerns were also raised about the availability of activities for mental and social stimulation. However, positive comments included relatives noting that staff respected residents and that residents appeared pleased with their care.
