Challoner House

Challoner House provides personal and nursing care for up to 49 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 44 people were using the service. Relatives felt their loved ones were safe and reported that residents were at the heart of the service, providing consistently positive feedback about the home.

People were supported to stay safe and protected from abuse, with risks properly assessed and well managed. The home maintained sufficient numbers of qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs, and the provider operated safe and effective recruitment procedures.
