Castle Road

Castle Road is a residential home providing care, rehabilitation and support for up to 13 people with mental health needs. Not everyone using the service receives personal care, but where they do, the CQC also looks at wider social care provided. The assessment was prompted by concerns about person-centred care, but inspectors found no evidence people were at risk of harm.

Overall, the CQC found people received good quality care that focused on building their independence and helping them achieve their desired outcomes. People spoke positively about their experiences, and staff were observed providing attentive, well-led support. The service is rated Good overall.
