Castle Road

Castle Road is a residential home providing care, rehabilitation and support for up to 13 people with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, all 13 places were occupied. The service has a registered manager in post with legal responsibility for meeting health and social care requirements.

During the inspection, staff were observed to be relaxed and created a calm, quiet atmosphere. Everyone had a clear role within the service, contributing to an organised environment. The service maintains its Good rating.
