This care home provides accommodation and support for up to 12 adults with mental health needs in a quiet residential area in Preston. At the time of inspection, 11 people were using the service. All bedrooms are single occupancy, with two featuring en-suite facilities, and residents have access to a shared lounge, dining area, and large rear garden.

The service supports people with severe enduring mental health problems, including those who experienced heightened anxiety during the pandemic. Several residents were at high risk of self-harming, and the provider had responded to the significant challenges presented by the pandemic to this vulnerable client group.
