Butler House is a respite centre for people with learning disabilities, currently supporting three residents across two floors. Staff are recruited safely with sufficient staffing levels in place to provide support. One person spoke warmly of their experience, saying "I love going fishing with [staff member] they are brilliant," reflecting the positive relationships built between residents and staff.

The home demonstrates strong safeguarding practices, with staff showing good understanding of protecting people from abuse and receiving appropriate training. Medicines are managed according to national guidelines. The service maintains a system to record and analyse incidents, using these to identify lessons and improve practice.

Support is planned to reflect each person's individual needs and wishes.
