Bradbury House accommodates up to 41 older people across four wings on two floors. At the time of inspection, 35 residents lived at the home, each with their own en-suite room and access to shared, adapted bathrooms. The home features a well-maintained garden for residents to enjoy.

The home implemented COVID-19 safety measures, including requiring visitors to provide evidence of a lateral flow test completed on the day of visit or to take one upon arrival at a designated outdoor testing area. Visitors also completed screening forms, with vaccination status recorded as part of infection control procedures.
