Bings Hall

Bings Hall is a residential care home in Sudbury providing support to up to 17 older people, some living with dementia. Since the previous inspection, when it was rated Requires Improvement, the CQC found the home had made progress on managing risks, gaining consent to care, the environment and governance, and is no longer in breach of regulation. It is now rated Good.

Inspectors found people received safe, well-organised care from staff who knew their needs, with good teamwork and communication. Care plans involved people and relatives, and links with health professionals were positive. Staff felt supported, and the registered manager was well regarded for an open, approachable style, with people and relatives describing the home as welcoming and homely.
