Barnfield

Barnfield accommodates up to 11 people with learning disabilities and autism in a main farmhouse and two adjoining buildings. The service encourages people to live as independently as possible, supporting them to participate in activities of their choice within the home, village and wider community. The registered manager ensures people can access both private and public transport, with staff available to provide accompaniment when needed.

The home demonstrates values centred on choice, promotion of independence and inclusion. People are supported to engage in community activities and lead ordinary lives as citizens. Staff actively facilitate opportunities for residents to pursue their interests and maintain connections within the local area.
