Bainbridge Court

Bainbridge Court is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation to young people living with a learning disability and/or autism. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people were kept safe, with clear safeguarding practices, sufficient trained staff and good management of risk and infection control. Care was well assessed, and staff supported people effectively with healthcare needs and anxieties.

Inspectors found staff to be kind and attentive, helping people maintain family relationships and take part in community activities. Care was personalised, with detailed communication support for people using PECS or Makaton. Relatives spoke positively about staff and management, describing a well-organised, approachable team providing consistently good care.
