Averill House

Averill House provides nursing and residential care to up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia. The purpose-built property spans three floors, with the ground floor offering residential support and the first floor providing nursing care. Each floor includes two lounges, a dining room, and adapted bathing facilities, with a large kitchen and laundry on the third floor.

During inspection, medicines were not always safely managed, though the home took prompt action to address these issues. A quality assurance system is in place to identify and complete actions for any problems that arise.
