Applewood Care Home

Applewood Care Home provides residential care for older people, including those living with dementia, accommodating up to 39 residents across two storeys with lift access and two enclosed gardens. During the pandemic outbreak, the provider demonstrated good practice by restricting indoor visits to those at the end of their lives in line with national policy. When visits resumed, the home implemented safety measures requiring visitors to book appointments and complete health declaration forms before visiting.
