This semi-detached property in a central town location provides accommodation and personal care for up to six younger adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. On inspection, three people were living at the service, two of whom attended college full-time. The home is designed around values of choice, independence and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.
Staff provide exceptionally person-centred care tailored to meet each individual's needs, wishes and aspirations. People are well supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff described as well-trained, motivated and supported. The service maintains a strong person-centred culture focused on helping residents achieve their potential and express their views.
