Willow House

Willow House is a children and young people's care home located in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, operated by Permissum Care Ltd. As a newer service, it has not yet been assessed by the Care Inspectorate, which is the regulatory body responsible for inspecting and grading care services across Scotland using a scale of 1 (Unsatisfactory) to 6 (Excellent).
