Caidreach House

Caidreach House is a small residential care home located in Falkirk, providing specialist support for adults with learning disabilities. Operated by Swanton Care and Community (Southfield House Care Services) Limited, the home offers six beds within a focused and personalised living environment. As a newer service, Caidreach House has not yet been assessed by the Care Inspectorate, Scotland's national regulator for care services.

The home is equipped to support individuals with a range of complex needs, including autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, and physical disability or illness. With only six residents, the home is able to offer a high level of individual attention, tailoring care and daily routines to suit each person's specific requirements and preferences.
