About Wilkinson Park
Wilkinson Park is a residential care home in Northumberland, providing personal care for people with learning disabilities and complex behaviours. Details of the most recent CQC inspection are set out below.
Wilkinson Park is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 21 people, including people with learning disabilities and complex behaviours. The CQC rated the home Good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, having found the provider was no longer in breach of regulations around quality monitoring and safety.
Inspectors found medicines were managed safely and staff were well trained and supported. People and relatives described staff as kind and attentive, though concerns were raised about limited transport restricting access to the community, and some relatives felt the home was not always clean. The registered manager had plans to address remaining issues.
