Turning Point - Parkview

Parkview provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities in a fully accessible, single-level home. The service includes individual bedrooms, separate bathroom facilities, a large kitchen, and communal areas including a dining room, lounge and conservatory for residents and visitors. A registered manager oversees the service.

At the inspection, inspectors found that the provider had made necessary improvements to medicines management since the previous inspection in 2015. Systems for managing and monitoring medicines are now effective and safe, with proper procedures in place to identify and prevent errors. The home was fully occupied at the time of inspection.
