The Oaks

The Oaks provides personal care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including autism and behaviours that may challenge. The service accommodates up to eight people across a main home and a separate ground floor apartment with its own facilities. At inspection, eight people were using the service.

Staff and residents shared positive interactions, with sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs and maintain safety. Staff demonstrated strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and showed genuine commitment to protecting people from abuse. Staff were recruited safely and had received appropriate training to support the people in their care.
