Rivenhall

Rivenhall provides accommodation and personal care to adults who are autistic and have learning disabilities across three self-contained properties in Warrington, supporting up to six people. At inspection, four people were living at the home. Staff demonstrate an empowering approach, treating residents as equal citizens and respecting their individuality. People clearly enjoy positive relationships with staff members and feel comfortable in their care. Staff are knowledgeable about each person's needs and preferences, using this understanding to provide meaningful support. Residents are actively listened to and encouraged to make decisions about their lives, with staff employing various communication tools throughout the day to seek their views. The service operates within Mental Capacity Act principles, supporting people to have maximum choice and control while promoting the least restrictive approach. The service is safe.
