Reach Magnolia

Reach Magnolia accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities and autism, with four residents in the main house and two in an annex. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity. The service provides residential accommodation alongside nursing or personal care as needed.

Relatives reported mixed experiences with the care provided. Some praised improvements under the new registered manager, noting better access to activities and efforts to fill vacant staff positions. However, other relatives felt additional improvements were still necessary to better support their family members.
