Olive Lodge accommodates up to 40 people living with personal care needs, some with dementia, across a two-storey adapted building. At inspection, 34 people were residing there. Residents reported feeling safe and spoke positively about their care, with relatives and healthcare professionals similarly expressing satisfaction with the service.

Staff understood and implemented robust safeguarding systems and processes to minimise risks of abuse, and the service was adhering to government guidance on Covid-19 management. Pre-employment recruitment checks were in place and staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs.
