Oakmead

Oakmead is a converted residential house care home for adults with learning disabilities, accommodating five people at the time of inspection. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with each person having their own bedroom and access to communal spaces including kitchen areas, lounges and bathrooms. A registered manager was in place to oversee operations and ensure compliance with health and social care regulations.
