The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff treated people with kindness and respect, involved them in decisions about their care, and supported them safely, with risks well documented and medicines managed properly.

Inspectors found leaders were visible and supportive, with strong audit systems driving continuous improvement. Feedback from people and relatives was overwhelmingly positive, describing staff as dedicated and caring, and people knew how to raise concerns and felt confident management would listen.
