Manor Lodge

Manor Lodge is a residential care home supporting people aged 65 and over, including those with dementia or mental health needs. The home accommodates up to 15 people across two floors with adapted facilities and ensuite rooms. At inspection, 11 residents were living there.

While the provider had made improvements since the last inspection, quality assurance systems required further development to ensure safety. Medicines were not always managed safely, with inaccurate recording of administration dates creating risks for residents.
