Glengarry Road

Glengarry Road provides personal care for up to six adults with mental health needs. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with six residents. Staff managed risks well and supported people to take medicines safely, while helping them maintain a clean home environment. The service partnered with health and social care professionals to support residents' physical and mental health needs.

Staff demonstrated knowledge of individual needs and provided person-centred care that respected residents' choices and preferences. Inspectors observed positive interactions throughout the visit, with staff supporting people in the least restrictive ways possible. Residents and their relatives praised the kind and caring approach of the staff team.
