This care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 88 people, supporting those with conditions including diabetes, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and deteriorating mobility. At inspection, 60 people were using the service.

Inspectors found significant safety concerns. Risks associated with people's care were not always managed safely, with incidents and accidents not always recorded in detail or properly investigated to prevent further risks. Medicine management was unsafe, with people sometimes receiving as-needed medicines without clear documentation of why they were administered. Staff were not consistently reporting concerns, leaving people inadequately protected from the risk of abuse or neglect.
