Inspectors found the service well-led with significant improvements in how the provider addressed environmental issues and repairs. Relatives, professionals and staff consistently praised the safe care provided by staff who knew residents and their needs well. Risks were properly identified and managed, with appropriate staffing levels and clear safeguarding systems in place. Medicines were managed safely. The provider has responded positively to previous inspection feedback and continues to develop the quality of support offered to residents.
