Dane House

Dane House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to six people. " Staff communicated with people in ways that met their individual needs and supported them to make their own decisions. Residents maintained contact with people important to them and accessed local community and health care services.

However, some risks to people were not fully documented and assessed, which meant staff did not always have complete information needed to support residents effectively. People received person-centred care from staff described as kind and caring, with both residents and relatives speaking positively about the care provided.
