Dane House

Dane House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to six people. However, some risks to people were not fully documented and assessed, which meant staff did not always have complete information needed to support residents effectively. People received person-centred care from staff described as kind and caring, with both residents and relatives speaking positively about the care provided.
