Chorley House

Chorley House is a small residential care home accommodating up to 4 people with learning disabilities and/or autism, providing personal or nursing care and support. At the time of inspection, all 4 people using the service received personal care, including help with personal hygiene and eating tasks.

The home supports residents' wider social care needs alongside their personal care requirements. The service is committed to ensuring people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals receive respect, equality, dignity, and choices that promote their independence and access to local communities.
