Carolann House

Carolann House provides accommodation and personal care for children, with capacity for up to four residents. At the time of inspection, three children were living at the home. The service was found to be outside CQC's regulatory remit because the provider wholly supports children, meaning the care and accommodation provided fall outside the scope of CQC regulation.
