Camden Park House

Camden Park House provides residential care and personal care to up to 13 adults living with mental health conditions. The adapted three-storey building offers individual rooms and communal spaces including a lounge, dining area, kitchen and enclosed garden.

Inspectors identified significant concerns about risk management and safety. Fire safety issues, problems with the physical environment, and inadequate risk assessments meant people's safety was not fully assured. While residents praised the quality of food, they had limited choice about mealtimes and availability of hot meals, restricting their control over daily life. Staff were regular and appropriately skilled, though training gaps existed in some areas. Management evaluated care quality, but existing quality assurance processes had failed to identify these issues before inspection.
