Brimington Care Centre

Brimington Care Centre accommodates up to 45 adults in a single adapted building, including people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 41 people were using the service. The home provides residential care and personal support within one contractual package.

The provider's governance arrangements did not always ensure the effectiveness of people's care and timely service improvement, though regular service checks were in place with resulting improvements to care and safety. The provider was mostly assured to be meeting requirements and government guidance on infection prevention and control, including COVID-19 measures.
