Staff focused on residents' strengths and promoted their independence, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. The environment was safe, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, meeting residents' individual needs. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control in their daily lives and in decision-making about their care, including their medicines, in ways that promoted their independence and best health outcomes. Residents spoke positively about their experience, with comments including "They are very knowledgeable and very kind to me" and "We are happy here and safe."
