Beeton Grange

Inspectors found staff knew people well and treated them with dignity, respect and choice, and improvements to the care environment had a positive impact on residents' lives.

However, the assessment followed a notification of an incident, and inspectors found the provider's response was not fully effective. Support plans and risk assessments were not consistently robust, and the provider's own audits had missed concerns identified during the assessment. The registered manager responded promptly to address the issues raised.
