One person was being supported to take their washing to the laundry room as part of their daily routine, with staff creating a positive and meaningful experience around this activity. The provider has demonstrated commitment to supporting people with maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approach to care and ensuring staff practices align with relevant guidance.
