Arbor Way provides personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, four people lived at the home. The service implements robust safety measures, including screening visitors for COVID-19 symptoms and recording temperatures to ensure visits can take place safely.

Personal protective equipment is provided to all visitors. The home shares important information with residents in easy read formats, helping them understand COVID-19 and associated risks, demonstrating a commitment to clear communication and supporting residents' understanding of their environment.
