All Saints Vicarage

All Saints Vicarage supports people with a learning disability and autistic people. This was a responsive assessment prompted by concerns about leadership, staffing, risk management and infection control, but inspectors found no issues that the provider had not already identified and begun addressing, and the overall rating remains Good.

Staff knew people well and treated them with kindness and respect, with safe recruitment and appropriate staffing levels in place. Some staff felt supervision could be more supportive, and quality assurance records were not always detailed or up to date, though a clear learning culture was evident and improvements were underway.
