Aashna House Residential Care Home

Aashna House provides nursing and personal care for up to 38 older people, including those living with dementia, across ground and first floor accommodation. Residents and relatives described the home as a safe place to live, with staff being particularly praised for their kindness. Both residents and staff felt secure in the environment.

Risk assessments were regularly carried out and reviewed, allowing people to take acceptable risks while living safely and enjoying their lives. The home appropriately managed accidents, incidents and safeguarding concerns through proper reporting, investigation and recording. Staff recruitment was handled appropriately with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs.
