Eastview Residential Home

Eastview Residential Home provides care for up to 14 older people, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of inspection, there were 13 people using the service. The home had previously been found to require improvements in several areas including how risks to people were monitored and managed, nutrition management, and the detail of people's care records. Improvements were also needed in relation to consent to care and treatment, safe recruitment procedures, and how the provider monitored the quality of the service.
